Knowledge grows when it’s shared.
The approach
  1. 1Make a shared learning path
  2. 2Learn with colleagues
  3. 3Take it into client conversations
01

The challenge

When ChatGPT arrived, client conversations changed almost overnight. Sales and account leaders at a technology consulting firm needed to discuss generative AI and its implications without pretending to be AI engineers.

They needed a way to keep learning while putting that knowledge to work.

02

My approach

I partnered with our Data & AI teams to create a weekly GenAI learning series that translated a rapidly changing technical landscape into something client-facing colleagues could use.

Account leaders learned alongside AI practitioners, connecting new capabilities with the questions clients were asking.

That grew into a broader learning ecosystem, including a dedicated pathway pairing sales and account leaders with AI subject-matter experts.

03

What changed

The weekly series reached more than 5,000 employees in a year. The broader enablement effort contributed to a sales pipeline exceeding $250 million.

More than 50 participants joined the initial SME sales pathway.

The aim was to help sellers become credible translators of technological change, with technical experts alongside them.
